The Constant Chase
We’ve become addicted to stimulation. As soon as there’s a pause—waiting in line, sitting on a bus, standing at the stove—we instinctively reach for our devices. In avoiding boredom, we might be avoiding more than we think: self-reflection, imagination, and deep thinking.
